Receptionist
Pat was our receptionist from the first day ERAH opened and had worked for Dr. Butera for many years before that at the emergency clinic. She loved our clients and their pets like her own family, and nothing was more important to Pat than family. She died too young, of lung cancer. Her sense of humor and compassion will never be forgotten by the rest of us at ERAH. One of her favorite stories was of meeting on of her real life heroes- the great Secretariat!
