OUR FACILITY

The Orrville Pet Spa and Resort, LLC is a premier lodging and styling facility for your pet’s enjoyment and comfort, while maintaining your close-to-home routine. We are owned by veterinarians, managed by a veterinary-trained staff, and monitored daily by veterinarians from the adjoining Orrville Veterinary Clinic, Inc. The Pet Spa staff are here to provide care for your pet so you can leave them with peace-of-mind, knowing your pet is as comfortable as if they were at home. We believe that the key to your pet’s well-being is a stress-free environment with plenty of attention and activity.

Garden Villas

Our Garden Villas are cage-free, bright and airy with floor to ceiling glass windows and doors that allows our overnighters to look out into the vibrant flowers. With all-natural lighting, multiple views outside and a bed big enough for all sizes, they provide the ultimate comfort and relaxation for all guests. Our four-legged friends will be welcomed with a gourmet cookie, a tv big enough for movie night, and heated and cooled floors depending on the season. Clients have no fear because you will have 24/7 access to their room via webcams!

The summer of 2022 was one for the books! With very high demand for exclusive rooms, our clients made it clear to us what our next move would be… more rooms to fit their pets’ wants and needs. The number one question we are asked when receptionists make lodging reservations is “Do you have any of those really nice rooms with the cameras, TV’s, and beds?” When we were constantly responding that those rooms were full, we knew it was time. Late last summer, our owners made the decision to revise our layout, and turn an unused portion of the daycare into The Garden Villas. With much thought and planning, especially with the huge return of the lodging business after Covid, there was a great demand to create even more space for our furry guests to stay with us! Early in 2023, Bauman Construction began building us our simple, but elegant Garden Villas. With glass from the ground up, they are spacious and airy with lots of natural daylight. All six of our Garden Villas have built-in platform beds and a dark interior with beautiful chandeliers to give them a modern farmhouse vibe. The three villas on the North side of the building have direct views to the outside, while the three across have a padded floor for our geriatric friends with natural daylight provided through the windows and ceilings. As you walk in you will be greeted with a sitting area filled with hanging plants from the above pergola. The hallway is filled with Sansevieria Silver Steel plants sitting in handmade flower boxes. We are tremendously excited for this time at The Orrville Pet Spa and Resort; we have come so far over the past 20 years and we are so thankful for all of our wonderful clients. We couldn’t do it without you!

Pet Cams

These cameras are strategically placed within the daycare facility, offering live streaming or periodic updates directly to the owner's smartphone or computer. This technology not only provides peace of mind for pet owners, knowing their pets are safe and well-cared-for, but also allows them to observe their pets' behavior in a social setting, interacting with other animals and caregivers. This service is particularly appreciated by owners of pets with special needs or separation anxiety, as it allows them to monitor their pets' well-being in real time and ensures that they are receiving proper care and attention. *Park and Woods accommodation does not come with a webcam*
