Client Service Specialist

Abby is one of the friendly faces you’ll see at our Orrville location's front desk. As a receptionist, she helps make sure every client and patient feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they arrive. Abby has been working in the veterinary field—and with our practice—for nearly three years.

She describes herself as honest, patient, and caring, and those qualities shine through in everything she does. Abby has a special interest in client education and loves helping pet owners feel informed and confident about their pets’ care. Her favorite part of the job is assisting clients and getting to spend time with animals every day.

Abby was inspired to join the veterinary field by her friend Kaitlyn, who also works at the practice. While she doesn’t currently have any pets of her own, she’s definitely open to adding a furry family member in the future! One of the things Abby enjoys most about working with clients and patients is the variety—from cute kitties and sweet little puppies to big, lovable dogs.

When she’s not at work, Abby loves staying busy and making the most of the warmer months. She enjoys being outdoors and is always on the lookout for new, fun activities for her daughter and family to enjoy together. Hiking, camping, and biking are some of her favorite ways to spend her time. And when it comes to favorite animals, Abby can’t choose—she loves all the kitties and puppies!
