Team Lead/Client Service Specialist

Amanda serves as the Team Lead in Customer Service at our Southern Medina location, and brings nine years of experience in the veterinary field, including five years with VWP. She lives locally with her husband, Clay, and their daughter. At home, Amanda cares for two dogs—Daisy, an Australian Cattle Dog, and Zoey, a Beagle—as well as two rabbits, Lavender and Margo, which her daughter proudly shows in 4H. Growing up, Amanda developed a deep love for all animals and knew from a young age that she wanted to work in the veterinary field. An interesting fact about her is that she completed several school projects and presentations on Jane Goodall, who was a major inspiration throughout her childhood. In her free time, Amanda enjoys camping, gardening, and cooking.
