DR. CLINTON RECKER

Associate Veterinarian

Dr. Clinton Recker has been a mixed animal veterinarian with our practice since May of 2024. He earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine as a member of the Class of 2024. Dr. Recker enjoys caring for a wide variety of species and has professional interests in equine urgent and emergency care, lameness, reproduction, neonatal care, internal medicine, surgery, and preventive medicine. He also enjoys bovine medicine, including sick cow work, reproduction, surgery, and herd consultation, as well as small animal internal and general medicine.

What Dr. Recker enjoys most about being a veterinarian is the opportunity to serve his community. He values building lasting relationships with the families he works with and partnering with them to achieve the best possible outcomes for their animals, whether they are beloved pets or livestock. His passion for veterinary medicine began with a desire to give back to the community he calls home by providing compassionate care and helping clients reach their goals.

Dr. Recker's favorite part of his job is getting to know his clients and providing the highest quality care for every patient he sees. He believes that strong relationships and open communication are the foundation of excellent veterinary care.

Outside of work, Dr. Recker enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and friends and staying involved in his community. He shares his home with two energetic Australian Cattle Dogs (Heelers): Boone, a six-year-old Blue Heeler, and Cricket, an almost two-year-old Red Heeler. When it comes to favorite species, Standardbred horses hold a special place in his heart.

What Dr. Recker loves most about working at our practice is the culture of teamwork and collaboration. He appreciates being part of a team that supports one another every step of the way while working together to provide exceptional care for patients and outstanding service to clients.
