KAITLYN

Veterinary Assistant

Kaitlyn is a dedicated Veterinary Assistant who has been part of the veterinary field for over six years, beginning her journey in December 2019. She got her start with hands-on training alongside the supportive team at VWP, after attending the career center for animal science and briefly working at a pet hotel.

Kaitlyn has a passion for all aspects of patient care, but she especially enjoys assisting in surgery. She values the strong relationships she has built with both her coworkers and clients, and she has a special place in her heart for large, lovable, smooth-faced dogs—especially Boxers.

Her love for animals has always been a driving force in her life, and she takes pride in helping pets feel their best whenever possible. At home, Kaitlyn cares for her three beloved pets: Gizmo, a 7-year-old domestic longhair cat; Boris, a 4-year-old domestic shorthair cat; and Ellie, an 11-year-old Boxer.

Outside of work, Kaitlyn enjoys going on long walks and spending quality time with her husband and two children.
