Veterinary Assistant

Miranda is one of the practice’s dedicated Veterinary Assistants, bringing seven years of experience in the field—five of those spent with the team. She began her journey as a kennel technician, and what started as a chance opportunity quickly grew into the career she had always dreamed of: working with animals every day. After discovering her passion, Miranda furthered her education by attending Ross for Animal Science, solidifying her path in veterinary medicine. She has a strong passion for client education, especially when helping pet owners navigate difficult or emotional situations, and she excels at making those moments feel more manageable and less overwhelming. Miranda’s favorite part of her job is her team, often sharing that it doesn’t feel like work when surrounded by such a supportive group. She also loves the excitement of greeting pets, especially those happy, full-body tail wags. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys working out, shopping, practicing self-care, and spending time with her family and her very large standard Goldendoodle, Maverick. A fun fact about her is that she participated in an FFA large animal program in high school, and her favorite breed is the Golden Retriever. Caring, respectful, and dependable, Miranda brings warmth and dedication to her role every day.
