Client Service Specialist

Shelly is a Client Service Specialist who is passionate about providing compassionate care and creating a positive experience for both pets and their families. Although she is new to the veterinary field, she previously worked at One of a Kind Pet Rescue and is currently pursuing her Veterinary Technician degree while continuing to grow her knowledge and skills.

Shelly is Fear Free Certified and enjoys building strong relationships with clients through clear, compassionate communication. She values teamwork, embraces new learning opportunities, and is committed to helping every pet receive the best possible care. Her lifelong love of animals inspired her to pursue a career in veterinary medicine, and she finds the greatest joy in helping clients give their pets happy, healthy lives.

Outside of work, Shelly loves spending time with her own pets—Opie, a 2-year-old hound mix, and her two calico cats, Willow and Ruby Rose. She also enjoys painting, taking walks with Opie, and making memories with her family, especially her two nephews and niece. Whether she's caring for dogs or cats, Shelly brings honesty, kindness, and a strong work ethic to everything she does.
