Expectations for all Clients and Visitors


  • Treat everyone with kindness, dignity, and respect, expecting the same in return.


  • Refrain from any comments or behaviors offensive to race, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, or personal traits.


  • Use respectful and appropriate language and behavior at all times.


  • Honor the privacy of other clients, patients, and staff.


  • Obtain consent from all involved parties before taking photographs, videos, or audio recordings within the clinic or care areas.


Zero Tolerance Policy


Our facility enforces a zero-tolerance policy toward:


  • Verbal or physical threats or assaults.


  • Harassment, intimidation, or discriminatory remarks.


  • Disrespectful, disruptive, or unsafe behaviors.


Consequences of Non-Adherence


Failure to follow this Code of Conduct may result in:


  • Being asked to leave the facility.


  • Restrictions on future visits.


  • Dismissal from care at our practice.


  • Police intervention.


  • A No Trespass Order in severe cases.
